About this game

Prison of Sissy follows a young man who accidentally takes feminine medications, develops feminine traits, and tries desperately to fund a way back. The path he chooses (theft) lands him in prison, where his feminization keeps progressing inside a setting that is anything but kind.

The 3DCG renders carry the look. Sissification arcs, anal sex, corruption progression, gay routes, groping, handjob content, male domination, masturbation, oral sex, sandbox mechanics and sexual-harassment content all factor into the prison's daily encounters with cellmates and guards.

At v1.1 the game has a real sandbox structure with day-to-day events.
