About this game

Hitomi's Sick Pleasure is an NTR-focused visual novel with a Mom NTR core. Asahi, a high school student, is harassed by neighborhood bully Hiroto and feels too isolated to confide in his mother Hitomi. As Hitomi tries to understand her son's distress and offer support, she gets caught up in endless lust and desire. The game is experienced through both Asahi's and Hitomi's perspectives. The 2DCG art, ahegao reactions, AI CG elements, BDSM framing, big-tits character design, blackmail, cheating arcs, corruption progression, creampie content, exhibitionism, female domination and sissification routes all factor in. This is a v1.0 finished release. If you want a Mom-NTR + feminization visual novel with dual protagonists, real psychological tension and a clear focus on the family-betrayal angle of the genre rather than just stranger-NTR, Hitomi's Sick Pleasure commits to that mood.

A few are still missing due to how tedious they were to draw and script into the story — maybe I’ll finish them later. New visual elements: like an updated main menu bg, new icons, and a route selection screen in the gallery. Removed Ecryption and Codes (v1.0) The hint system has been slightly improved, though I haven't replaced it with a more flexible one yet — mainly because that would break your existing saves. Still thinking about the best way to handle that. I also cleaned up a bunch of messy leftover code — though I doubt that’s something most of you would care about. Basic Route Rework: 7 CGs redrawn Sex scenes expanded or partly rewritten New plot points I’m not sure how much text was rewritten or added — unfortunately, I didn’t run it through any word counter.

How many routes in the game? 3.5: slave, bbc subroute, cuck and ? (We will work on it after the first two have been completed) What is the difference between the cuck and the slave routes? The main difference is that in the slave route, Asahi is oblivious, and in the cuck route, Asahi knows about his mom's affair. NTR ending
